We back all our products for life. 

New Zealand shipping is often complicated and nuanced. We work HARD to make sure we do it right, and at the best price. 

We mostly ship with Mainfreight who these days do a stellar damage free job. 

That said shipping is still at shippers risk. That is just how it is in NZ.

Shipping from Thailand or Australia is also complex, and all the above still applies.

All prices are generally quoted as 'Landed in Auckland, NZ'.

(There are air-freight options on some boards - at customers expense).

Sometimes we have stock in NZ, mostly we dont. Sometimes Thailand or Australia has stock, mostly they don't. 

It takes 6 weeks to build a board, Wait time before they start building it can vary, sometimes its a day, sometimes its 8 weeks.

Sometimes our container is leaving in a week, sometimes its leaving in 12 weeks. Sometimes it takes 4 weeks to get here, sometimes it takes 8 weeks to get here.

Dont panic, keep surfing, and we will keep doing our job as best we can. The waves wont stop ..

I once waited 4 years for a Takayama, and I waited 2 years for my 1st Sunova.  Zero regrets ;)
